Services

Toptify provides handyman and home improvement services within designated service areas. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to confirmation.

Estimates and Pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on information available at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if project conditions differ from those originally described.

Payments

Accepted payment methods include:

• Zelle
• Venmo
• Cash App
• Cash

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information
• Maintaining safe access to the work area
• Securing pets, valuables, and fragile items
• Obtaining any necessary property approvals

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toptify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments by contacting us before the scheduled service time. Toptify reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to safety concerns, weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Right to Refuse Service

Toptify reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or beyond the scope of services offered.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
